As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, from the moment they walk in the door until they leave. You'll be the face of our brand, and your interactions with guests will set the tone for their entire experience.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, who are empathetic and understanding, and who can think on their feet. If you're a team player who is always looking for ways to improve our guest experience, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, engaging with them in a friendly and approachable way.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe environment.

**What We Offer:**
- A competitive hourly rate of $12.50 - $15.00, depending on experience.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
