**About the Team**

Our global Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events division operates across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting various sports leagues and events. We are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience, whether online, at a game, or during major sporting events. Our stores and events are designed with a technology-infused retail strategy, enabling us to respond swiftly to capture significant moments in sports and ensure product availability for fans.

**Position Overview**

The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our fans. This position involves maintaining retail standards and executing back-of-house operations effectively. Seasonal Retail Associates will leverage strong communication skills and teamwork to achieve results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome fans and engage them to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold professionalism and customer service standards to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
