Key Responsibilities of the Culinary School Chef Instructor:

  • Inspire and Educate: Deliver captivating culinary courses in both pastry and savory disciplines, employing the latest industry techniques and trends to ensure students achieve their educational goals.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to continually enhance and update the curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards for student success in the culinary field.
  • Classroom Management and Safety: Lead engaging classroom and kitchen environments with a focus on practical demonstrations, personalized instruction, and adherence to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications for the Culinary School Chef Instructor:

  • Demonstrated experience as a chef in pastry and/or fine dining, with a strong portfolio highlighting refined food presentation.
  • Prior teaching experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; a passion for nurturing creativity and excellence.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours.
