Senior Project Manager Role at CRB

The Senior Project Manager at CRB is tasked with overseeing and coordinating comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects throughout all stages of design, permitting, and execution. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary project representative, engaging with senior management both within the organization and with external stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager must work closely with client representatives from various business units and all CRB divisions, including quality assurance, engineering, procurement, estimating, safety, and scheduling, to guarantee successful project outcomes, client satisfaction, and future business prospects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of fifteen years of experience in the Engineering & Construction sector

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Capability to lead and manage integrated teams, including subcontractors
  • Demonstrated success as a Project Manager
  • Familiarity with integrated project delivery methodologies
  • Understanding of essential engineering disciplines and project execution strategies
  • 'Design/Build' experience is advantageous
  • Relevant industry certifications such as PMP & AECPMA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate EPC projects through all phases of development
  • Collaborate with client representatives and CRB divisions
  • Emphasize client relationship management to foster future opportunities
