You will have the chance to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, conduct thorough medical examinations and histories, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging
- Perform procedures as needed
- Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
