About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering our Salesforce roadmap for Support, Sales, and Fulfillment functions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, manage, and own the implementation of Salesforce changes, upgrades, and new functionality, ensuring seamless integration with our existing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the Salesforce roadmap for Support, Sales, and Fulfillment functions, including requirement definition, documentation, and prioritization.
  • Own all aspects of the implementation of changes, upgrades, and new functionality, ensuring compliance with Rocket Lawyer processes and best practices.
  • Facilitate Salesforce design projects and ongoing optimization efforts, maintaining an active understanding of our Salesforce configurations and capabilities.
  • Relentlessly evaluate current implementation, capabilities, and lead efforts to optimize external and internal customer experience, drive efficiency, and automation.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities via standing stakeholder meetings, driving agreement and socializing notes, outcomes, and decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with 3rd party providers as needed, owning the communication of any platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Lead new user and ongoing user training, supporting and facilitating the definition of data models and improving and optimizing Salesforce data quality.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption, owning technical and business process documentation, and working with integrated applications, including Diapad, AirSlate, Rocket Lawyer databases, and third-party fulfillment integrations.
Requirements
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge and at least 2 years' hands-on experience with both Sales and Service Cloud.
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements, designing scalable, best practice solutions.
  • Business process documentation, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions, experience in change management and governance, training end-users and key stakeholders, and technical documentation experience.
  • Available and responsive to questions, experience defining Salesforce configurations, including workflows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Operations/Sales/Fulfillment functions, demonstrating continued personal and professional development.
  • Active in the Salesforce community, with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and Operations.
