About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team at LINQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and scalable solutions that maximize value within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and users to define requirements for new system enhancements
  • Work with the existing team to refine requirements and design sustainable and scalable solutions that meet business needs
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including user setup and management, maintenance of assignment rules, escalation rules, notifications, data updates, and queue management
  • Perform triage for inbound support cases and assist users in resolving issues or escalate bug tickets for review and resolution
  • Assist business users with their reporting and data needs
  • Proactively identify and implement underutilized functionality and required system maintenance updates
  • Support the installation and configuration of new and existing managed packages and their native integrations
Requirements
  • 5 years of administrator experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Expert-level proficiency in all areas of declarative development within Salesforce
  • Prior experience with and strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ+
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM301)
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes
