About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Barclays in Wilmington, DE. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate marketing execution and project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs, to support business operations and promote alignment with the bank's objectives and SLAs.
  • Develop and manage KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operation functions, utilizing data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer experience.
  • Manage and develop operational professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to improve colleagues' delivery quality.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of prior marketing experience, preferably in a Scrum Master role.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront platform.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects without supervision.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly valued.
