Job Summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce/nCino Application Administrator I to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration and training on WSFS Bank's nCino application and Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Salesforce/nCino user base, including configuration fixes and enhancements, system maintenance, and system updates.
  • Support the integration with other enterprise systems or applications and collaborate with team members to develop or maintain processes to improve data quality, processing integrity, and productivity.
  • Audit and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve end-user problems in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Create, update, and manage nCino Support Cases.
  • Partner with senior Salesforce administrators and/or nCino teams to drive solutions and collaborate with multiple teams and business units.
  • Setup and/or update user records in Salesforce for new and existing users.
  • Duplicate data management using manual de-duplication techniques and tools.
  • Design and develop the Salesforce/nCino UI/configuration based on business requirements.
  • Support with admin testing and user training.
  • Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or Information Technology related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Administration experience in an Enterprise level environment.
  • Prior banking or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with nCino highly preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certified highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is required.
  • Familiarity with developing automation with Salesforce automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM framework.
  • Familiarity with Dev ops process preferred.
  • Exceptional people skills, including working with internal and external customers.
  • Strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Solution mindset and desire to learn and upskill.
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive, and team-oriented environment.
