About this Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mauser Packaging Solutions as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager. In this role, you will lead and facilitate improvement teams across our plants, driving the successful development and execution of specific OPEX/Lean Manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve process issues.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain monthly progress reviews to track project progress.
  • Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure sustainability of improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a process and product improvement focus or Operations Leadership in a lean production environment.
  • Certification in Lean manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills.
