Role Responsibilities

  • Establish a nurturing and secure classroom environment for students.
  • Deliver the French National curriculum to young learners in a bilingual setting, collaborating with a team teacher.
  • Engage with fellow faculty on various bilingual initiatives.
  • Adapt to the bilingual teaching methodologies employed at the school.
  • Enhance the educational experience by integrating French language instruction across subjects such as History, Science, and Mathematics.
  • Modify teaching strategies and materials to accommodate the diverse needs and interests of students.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress and facilitate parent-teacher meetings.
  • Participate in regular faculty meetings and fulfill additional professional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related discipline.
  • Teaching credential or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of two years of teaching experience.
  • Native proficiency in French and strong command of English.
