Radiology Technologist Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology services, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of radiology technologists, ensuring that exams are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the department director and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to radiology technologists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Graduate from an accredited radiography program or equivalent.
- MRT in the State of Texas.
- ARRT certification.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- One year of experience as a radiology technologist.
