We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to become part of our Client Success Team in our Seattle office. This role is fast-paced and diverse, ideal for individuals aspiring to advance into management positions within the media and advertising sector. The perfect candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to support sales operations while thriving in a collaborative environment. Above all, this individual will provide comprehensive support to their Sales Account Executive(s), enhancing sales processes and ensuring a cooperative and consultative approach with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Within your first month, you will:
- Receive training from your Manager and the Account Executives you support.
- Engage in onboarding with a Client Success Sales Ambassador.
- Immerse yourself in learning about Intersection's media and advertising offerings.
- Act as a mentee to other Sales Coordinators to understand the processes and systems within the sales support organization.
- Gain exposure to all departments within Intersection and learn how they contribute to the sales cycle.
Within your first three months, you will:
- Establish strong relationships with your team.
- Manage inventory requests, holds, market availability, and media plans/proposals for your Account Executives/Account Managers.
- Communicate daily with clients/agencies and oversee the pre-sale lifecycle of contracts, from initial market research to contract execution and production tracking.
- Document competitive requests for future reference.
Within your first six to nine months, you will:
- Maintain a strong rapport with your team.
- Support Account Executives/Account Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations that facilitate rapid scaling.
- Develop a reputation as a reliable resource and build foundational knowledge of our business model and various media products.
Qualifications:
- A degree from an accredited institution.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting; experience in people management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Enjoy collaborating with others while also taking ownership of tasks.
- Demonstrate accountability for your work and that of your team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors.
- Work efficiently while providing suggestions for process improvements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable with administrative tasks using these tools.
