Alpha Supported Living Services seeks a skilled Behavioral Analyst to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a key member of our clinical team, you will conduct functional assessments, develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), and ensure effective implementation through staff training and consultation.

">About the Role

  • Lead behavioral analyst responsible for conducting functional assessments and developing PBSPs.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff on effective plan implementation.
  • Collect and analyze data on target and replacement behaviors.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral supports and modify plans as needed.
  • Compile tracking sheets and chart behaviors monthly to identify patterns.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for individuals receiving BCBA services.
  • Oversee submission and implementation of Exceptions to Policy or Rule related to PBSPs.
  • Review and revise plans every 6 months.

About You

  • Currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analytic Certification Board.
  • Training and clinical experience in applied behavior analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize clinical and social data for intervention strategies.
  • Knowledge of human behavior, performance, and behavioral disorders.
  • Ability to recognize problems and notify appropriate personnel.
  • Willingness to learn and use software for workflow efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
