Practicing Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Population Health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and a proven track record of driving population health strategies.
The Medical Director will be responsible for developing and implementing population health programs, collaborating with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement population health programs to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care and reduce costs
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive population health strategies
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve population health goals
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Minimum 10 years of experience in primary care and population health
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
