Project Architect

The Project Architect is a key member of our team, responsible for producing high-quality construction documents that meet PBK's standards. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement construction documents and specifications in compliance with PBK's standards.
- Lead and coordinate the architectural and engineering teams to execute projects in a timely and coordinated manner.
- Ensure projects meet budget goals and schedules set by clients.
- Coordinate with government agencies, utility companies, and resolve plan check and approval issues.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of building codes and ensure compliance.
- Mentor and direct junior staff, overseeing their assignments and providing guidance.
- Support Project Manager, Production Director, and/or Client Executive in supervising project staff.
- Establish project budgets, task schedules, and other components of the work plan with the Project Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Architecture License or have started the testing process.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- K-12 experience.
- Proficiency in using Revit.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
