Senior Project Manager

A highly skilled Senior Project Manager is required to oversee the design and completion of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams to produce high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage project teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Architecture License required.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in project management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in BIM programs, AutoCAD, and Revit.
