Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our studio team as a Front Desk Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to our members.

The Front Desk Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage front desk operations, including checking in members, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with class check-in processes, ensuring that members are prepared for their workouts and have a smooth experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift light weights, and move quickly around the studio.

Please note that this is a part-time position requiring at least 3 days of availability per week, with a minimum of one day being a Saturday or Sunday. All employees are expected to be available to work peak holiday shifts.
