Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring current financial performance metrics, and reviewing previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production, client satisfaction, and teammate engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talented teammates to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of collision management experience.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber's company insurance policy.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
  • Prior experience with CCC1.
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures.
  • Ability to understand instructions, written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
