Collision Management Specialist

About the Role:
Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a skilled Collision General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our auto repair center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing production and financial performance, and leading a team of skilled technicians and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including risk management, teammate development, and client metrics.
- Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
- Monitor current financial performance metrics and review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of collision management experience.
