Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness for rental.
  • Handle cash management tasks, including auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
  • Maintain customer accounts by managing payments and conducting reminder and collection calls as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Willingness to spend significant time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards.
