Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget and financial plans to support company objectives.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of hotel leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing a hotel's P&L and meeting budget guidelines.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
