Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead construction projects for various clients, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Construction Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Materials Testing and Documentation: Perform materials testing and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Project Planning and Design: Assist in project planning and design tasks, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to design engineers and other team members to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in construction inspection or project management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Knowledge of roadway and bridge construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience with CADD or plan preparation is beneficial.
