Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Seasoned. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the culinary direction of our restaurant and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional food quality
  • Collaborate with our management team to drive sales growth and profitability through innovative menu offerings and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to ensure our menu offerings remain competitive and appealing to our customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly under pressure
