Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef is a key member of the Troon International team, responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services to our guests. As a seasoned chef with 3-5 years of experience, you will oversee the kitchen staff, ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety, and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation of catered and concession food items
  • Evaluate food products to ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Improve menu selection and forecasting, budgeting, and action planning for F&B operations
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and perform preventative maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations
  • Perform clean-up and closing procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of chef experience; culinary degree preferred
  • Supervisory, coaching, and staff development skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly personality and ability to work with the public
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • ServSafe Certified

What We Offer:
