Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Green Metals. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in operations management, business development, and personnel supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and provide direction to multiple locations across multiple states, ensuring compliance with company operating and safety standards.
- Develop and implement safety and environmental programs to protect employees and assets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage annual financial budgets, monitor performance, and take corrective action as needed.
- Directly supervise personnel involved in managing operations, developing business opportunities, and maintaining customer service standards.
- Develop and lead initiatives to maintain existing business and develop new business expansion opportunities.
- High School Diploma and/or actively acquiring Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Significant operations and business management experience of at least five years.
- Personnel supervisory experience using positive employee relations principles and applications.
- Basic competence with personal computer business applications.
