Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Manager. This role will be responsible for providing administrative and operational direction to our organization, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide direction to multiple locations across multiple states, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement safety and environmental programs to protect employees and assets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in training and development activities to prepare for future management roles, including pursuing an associate's degree and participating in our company's university program.
  • Develop and manage annual financial budgets, monitoring and taking corrective action to ensure all operations are performing at or better than budget.
  • Authorize and monitor quotes and purchase orders for materials and supplies within granted authority.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to maintain existing business and develop new business expansion opportunities.
  • Directly supervise personnel involved in managing operations, developing business opportunities, and maintaining customer service standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or actively acquiring an associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Significant operations and business management experience of at least five years.
  • Personnel supervisory experience using positive employee relations principles and applications.
  • Basic competence with personal computer business applications.
