If you share this philosophy, we invite you to advance your career with us at SNB. In this position, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients by examining account transactions for signs of fraud, ensuring the precision of account management, and reconciling internal accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify workflow items for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update customer records in banking software and coordinate with retail staff regarding discrepancies or missing documentation.
  • Handle account maintenance requests, including closures, modifications, and updates.
  • Assess and make decisions on transactions within the Check Fraud System.
  • Provide support for the Deposit Operations team, including management of CDs/IRAs and ACH affidavits.
  • Balance daily funds and analyze various daily reports.

Work Schedule:

This position operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
