Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Biologist to join our team at Global Channel Management, Inc. as a key member of our research and development department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct experiments to identify and validate drug targets, utilizing advanced molecular and cell biology techniques.
  • Support the design, optimization, validation, and data analysis of assays, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Design and execute molecular and cell biology experiments, applying expertise in cell culture and molecular biology.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze complex data in support of drug discovery projects, providing insightful recommendations.
  • Present research findings and conclusions both orally and in written reports, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in molecular and cell biology, with a strong background in cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
  • Proven track record of conducting experiments, analyzing data, and presenting results in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as molecular biology or cell biology.
  • Experience with assay design, optimization, and validation.
  • Knowledge of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, sequencing, and gene expression analysis.
