Responsibilities:

The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting equity-based research in public policy, addressing organizational, structural, and institutional issues that affect marginalized communities. They will work closely with the Director, Senior Research Associates, research team, and clients to support research needs and development. The Research Associate will also collect, analyze, interpret, and disseminate research findings, and provide updates to clients and draft proposals for new contracts with clients.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Research Associate will contribute to the development of research projects, conduct data analysis, and write reports. They will also work with the research team to identify and address organizational, structural, and institutional issues that affect marginalized communities.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
