Counselor Therapist Specialist

We are seeking skilled therapists to join our team at Child & Family Healing Center, a 24-hour intensive residential treatment facility in Virginia. As a Counselor Therapist Specialist, you will provide therapeutic interventions and case management services to youth who are mentally or emotionally disturbed and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or related professional under the Virginia Board of Counseling. You should also have two to three years of direct experience providing clinical services, behavioral interventions, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
