Salary:$10,000 Sign On Bonus for offers accepted by December 31, 2024 plus a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate team-delivered services
  • Complete psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions
  • Educate patients, family members, staff, and social work students
  • Facilitate compliance with treatment and coordinate discharge planning activities
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Virginia preferred
  • Master of Social Work Degree from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical social work experience; acute care setting experience preferred
