We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a fast-paced, challenging position where we strive to achieve and maintain excellence in all aspects of our work.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality care that addresses the specific needs of patients across various age groups and impairments. This role involves health maintenance, teaching, counseling, collaborative planning, and restoration of optimal functioning and comfort or dignified death for those served.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to individuals and groups while upholding patient rights, mission, vision, and values.
  • Assume full responsibility for the quality of nursing care provided, including delegation of tasks to other registered nurses and/or healthcare personnel.
  • Maintain excellent assessment skills, clinical skills, organizational skills, and computer knowledge.
  • Participate in charge capabilities, lift, transfer, and move patients as needed.
Requirements
  • BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program preferred.
  • Current RN MA license & BLS required.
  • 1-2 years of acute Med/Surg experience strongly preferred in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent assessment skills, clinical skills, and organizational skills with charge capabilities.

Boston Medical Center offers an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$110,000 based on location and experience.
