- Collaborate with nursing teams to optimize resource allocation and staffing levels.
- Analyze and report operational metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement solutions to address system inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.
