Job Overview

Comprehensive Care Services, a leading medical staffing company, is seeking a highly skilled Medical Professional Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in credentialing, benefits administration, and policy development. You will be responsible for facilitating the hiring process, securing credentials for staff, and maintaining required files and records. Additionally, you will work closely with our payroll department to ensure accurate set-up and maintenance of our shared Kronos database.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working with employees at all levels, including executive leadership. You must be able to build trust and relationships through phone and email communication. A professional and service-centered demeanor is essential for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
