Nursing Care Coordinator

Job Description:
The Medical Floor Assistant plays a vital role in providing support to our nursing staff at Steward Health Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with clinical care, proactive rounding, and flow management.
About the Position:
This is a part-time benefit-eligible position that requires a minimum of 5 years of RN experience. You will work under the supervision of an assigned nursing supervisor and be responsible for assisting staff with procedures, policies, and patient care on our inpatient floors.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other clinical tasks
- Participate in proactive rounding to ensure patient satisfaction and smooth workflow
- Develop and maintain relationships with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred or equivalent experience
- MA RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification are required
- MediTech experience is preferred
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and location
