Aspen Dental - Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • High regard for time management.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
