Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  1. Support the implementation, training, and ongoing assistance for various practice management (PM) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  2. Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional help desk support to all clients.
  3. Travel to client locations as necessary to address hardware or software issues.
  4. Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans.
  5. Create cost proposals based on client IT requirements.
  6. Assist with the acquisition and deployment of IT equipment.
  7. Participate in IT Department meetings and provide updates on daily support and operations.
  8. Contribute to the cross-training of new and existing IT department staff as needed.
  9. Provide regular updates on all tickets/projects to direct supervisors/managers.
  10. Assist with evening/weekend projects as necessary.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
