Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Subway employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, manage cash and inventory, and maintain proper food safety standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the Subway area, including equipment and facilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sales performance

Requirements
  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales goals
