The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care experiences. Our team of highly trained physical therapists provides preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote well-being for patients.

This opportunity offers a unique chance to grow and develop your expertise in industrial services while building relationships with local physicians and employers.

We support Naugatuck High School athletics by employing a full-time athletic trainer, resulting in a high volume of athletes from this contract.

Our 2000 square foot open area allows for sports-specific training tailored to our patient population.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to assume responsibility for our center and provide leadership duties. The successful candidate will maintain an attitude of excellence and quality in patient care and leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The selected individual will also build and maintain local industry relationships, develop expertise in industrial services, and expand a team of talented Physical Therapists and Assistants.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary up to **$100,000** per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits program. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and personally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assume responsibility of the center and uphold executive decisions
  • Maintain and demonstrate an attitude of excellence and quality both in patient care and leadership duties
  • Utilize our local community network to effectively partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Act as a business owner to help grow and manage the center's physician relationships and patient portfolios
  • Build and maintain local industry relationships with opportunity to develop and expand expertise in industrial services
  • Expand and develop a team of talented Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Ability to work in a positive environment where people feel valued and work together to achieve company objectives

**Qualifications**

  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
