We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting and improving communication skills in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop and implement effective treatment plans to address these issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- IEP Meetings and Support: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and implement plans that meet the unique needs of students.
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a strong background in assessment, treatment, and collaboration.
