Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, occupational therapists, and audiologists
  • Communicate with families and caregivers to ensure effective treatment
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • New York State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Working Conditions:

This is a fee-for-service position, and you will be working in our Amherst speech clinic. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and choose the cases you want to work on.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $53.00, and you will have the opportunity to earn additional income by working on a flexible schedule.

We also offer a free continuing education series to our employees and fee-for-service employees are eligible to accrue paid sick leave.
