We are seeking a skilled Electroplating Technician to join our team at ATI Aviation Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality plating operations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to identify plating requirements.
- Apply masking techniques to individual pieces for plating operations.
- Understand and apply plating terminology, including current density, surface area, amperage, and plating time.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate plating processes.
- Lift and carry 50 lbs of equipment and materials.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Handle chemicals safely and maintain a clean work area.
- Prepare documentation and maintain records for plating operations.
- Pass a drug test, DOT background check, and submit to random testing.
