Job Title: HRIS Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at KION Group. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our HR business applications and functionality, specifically within UKG Ultipro and UKG Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain HR business applications and functionality, including UKG Ultipro and UKG Dimensions
  • Participate in HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the definition, design, development, and delivery of HR solutions
  • Responsible for complete design, development, and implementation of solutions, including UKG technical support resources and other third-party applications
  • Create and manage technical specifications/documentation and communicate with cross-functional development teams
  • Contribute to our KION IT Global Business Transformation (BT) program relative to HR systems/applications for the NA region
  • Support audit events/requirements as needed related to your applications and data management
  • Support issue management and daily resolutions in our IT ticket systems
  • Manage, coordinate, and support maintenance and upgrade events for HR applications across all environments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Solution designer/developer for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Management related applications and integrations
  • Experience working in at least 1 implementation project, including Payroll, Time Management, and ERP Integration(s)
  • Experience with system integration methods and technologies, SFTP, API, CI, and UKG Dimensions, UKG Ultipro, SAP, Workday, integration, configuration, and support
  • Advanced knowledge related to data security and GDPR concerns
  • Proven ability to perform configuration or customization in Time Management and Payroll systems
  • Experience with Cognos reporting and Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and thought leadership capabilities
  • Ability to introduce new tools, processes, and technologies to contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Good functional knowledge on HR process, HCM concepts, Data Protection, Time Management, Payroll, and ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2)
  • Resume/CV must be submitted in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally
