About the Role

Thriveworks is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Noblesville, IN. As a Licensed Clinician, you will be part of a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a focus on providing accessible and effective care.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless client care and efficient practice operations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Indiana.
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

  • Competitive compensation package, including up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
