JOB OVERVIEW
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and efficient restaurant operations. Your role includes overseeing daily opening and closing procedures, training staff according to operational standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

PREREQUISITES
Our associates have access to guest areas and property, thus integrity and reliability are paramount. Candidates must successfully complete the necessary security clearance as per company policy.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience managing at least three team members.
  • Preferred experience in chain food and retail environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ability to perform key physical activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating effectively.

Specific Requirements for This Role:
  • Capability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stretch, and reach.
  • Must possess visual and auditory capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness consistently.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Knowledge of:
  • Operational standards as mandated by LBA Hospitality and its brand.
  • Supervisory practices including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and documentation.
  • Dining room arrangements for various guest needs.
  • Menu item preparation and service.
  • Local shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel information to assist guest inquiries.
  • Daily hotel operations, including updates on events and procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property services, staff, room types, rates, and discounts.
Skills:
  • Ability to orient and train new associates.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Proficient in using property management systems for billing and payment processing.
  • Maintain organization of supplies and storage areas.
  • Ensure work areas are always guest-ready.
Abilities:
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks while prioritizing guest and associate service.
  • Communicate professionally with guests and team members.
  • Resolve guest concerns with a courteous and hospitable demeanor.
  • Market and promote services to enhance visibility and sales.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain a cohesive team through effective hiring, training, coaching, and development.
  • Encourage a positive work atmosphere and friendly interactions.
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly, including scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and ordering.
  • Operate within budgetary constraints to maximize revenue and adhere to labor models.
  • Uphold safety and security protocols, possessing thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Ensure guests receive the highest quality service and products.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Associate Handbook and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain certification from an approved responsible vendor training program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, within the associate's capabilities.
WORKING CONDITIONS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with availability required during weekends and holidays.
