The Pool and Beach Service Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guests enjoy a safe and pleasant beach experience. Reporting to the Beach Managers, this position is responsible for welcoming guests, providing essential services, and maintaining the beach area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Provide beach towels and refreshments to enhance guest comfort.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including cabanas and seating.
  • Assist with food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle used dishes and maintain the cleanliness of tableware.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
Additional Duties:
  • Stay informed about company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties for extended periods.
