As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to Direct Support Professional staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Direct Support Professional staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Support the broader program vision, standardizing systems, and maintaining a high level of service quality across all homes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Direct Support Professional staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the program.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field.
  • At least two years of experience in human services, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal automobile liability insurance coverage.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds for a total of up to 130 pounds in a two-person lift.
