Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Penn Community Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting bank products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Promotion: Promote bank products and services to customers, identifying their financial needs and making recommendations to meet those needs.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
  • Account Maintenance: Assist customers with account maintenance, including address changes, ID updates, and account closures.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist customers with complex issues and questions, coordinating with other departments to provide timely resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous banking experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to interact well with team members and customers, strong attention to detail and accuracy, basic computer skills, and ability to multi-task and remain organized.
