Overview

Xponential Fitness is a national leader in luxury fitness, seeking a motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead our studio to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and operational functionality in the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase membership sales
  • Manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales
  • Lead grassroots marketing and networking efforts to generate leads and promote the studio
  • Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes and drive sales conversions
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Participate in networking and community events to promote the studio and build relationships with potential clients
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-based and results-oriented, with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
